Situation
Sited just off New Yatt Road at the north end of Witney.

History
A stone built house designed by Oliver Hill for Sidney Smith of Smith's blanket company. It has a projecting three-storey porch with an oval window in the gable. The building was the Smith family home for many years, but is now an old people's home.
